Rolls-Royce Phantom
The Phantom easily defines an unbeatable sense of style and refined sophistication and an aristocratic air courtesy of Rolls Royce. The curved roofline and sweep of the body line highlights movement even when the car isn’t moving.
The car comes with a 6.7 liter 48 variable timing valves V12 engine, with direct injection. This power plant can release an impressive 453 hp of power at 5330 rpm and equally high torque of 531 lb-ft. of torque at 3500 rpm. The engine powers the wheels through a rear wheel drive configuration involving a 6-speed automatic transmission. The fuel efficiency on the other hand is rated by the EPA at 11 mpg city and 18 mpg highway, and is a modest figure, given the target market that this car is aimed at. 90% of the vehicles power is available on reserve at 70 mpg which translates into effortless acceleration.
The Rolls Royce comes with a fantastic array of features like 21” cast aluminum wheels, front and rear park assist sensors, power front doors, coach rear doors that are power closing, a power closing boot, a sunroof, automated climate control, air suspension that is adjustable, driver memory features, a sunroof, heated seating, a power adjustable tilt and telescoping steering wheel, a dashboard that is upholstered in leather with cashmere detailing and veneered tables that are built into the rear seatbacks. Some notable electrical features are the keyless entry and start, 15 speaker, Lexicon Logic surround sound audio system, and a navigational system which is voice activated and controlled an audio jack with lifetime satellite radio and Rolls Royce Assist emergency telematics. The Rolls Royce Phantom EWB increases legroom by an impressive 10 inches and includes rear climate control, rear entertainment and reversible footrests.
If that is insufficient, the interior can be customized extensively. Rolls Royce provides you with what seems to be an unending list of standard exterior paint and interior upholstery options that would satisfy any customer. Still not satisfied? Rolls Royce will paint the exterior and tan the leather any color desired, for an additional fee. They provide other optional features like visible exhaust tips, a surround camera system, a rear central console, a ‘drinks cabinet’, an expanded boot, two innovative wheel designs, rear captain’s chairs that are adjustable, fiber optic ceiling lighting, a chilled storage box, rear entertainment system with 12” monitors and rear curtains. The vehicle can be further personalized with a humidor, a wine cooler or safe in the trunk, monogrammed stitching, a Conway Steward pen set that is mounted on the dashboard and just about anything else one can think of and pay for.
The Spirit of Ecstasy Edition is limited to 100 Phantoms and features the iconic Rolls Royce hood ornament that is made of solid silver. It also features a choice of interior and exterior touches, one of a kind badges, and a leather lined glove compartment.
